Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide full-process design services for photovoltaic projects, including compilation/drafting, review and proofreading of design materials, and preparation of design reports based on the project.
2. Conduct technical feasibility analysis and demonstration in the early stages of development, including feasibility study writing.
3. Detailed design drawings, including system diagrams, equipment layout diagrams, site wiring diagrams, lightning protection and grounding diagrams, etc.
4. Develop construction design drawings for photovoltaic power plants and select electrical components.
5. Design and optimize ground-based centralized and distributed photovoltaic power plant systems.
6. Coordinate the technical integration of diesel-generated power systems with solar-powered storage systems, expertly design off-grid and microgrid solutions, and accurately select energy storage inverters and batteries.
7. Possess strong learning ability and the ability to quickly and comprehensively understand the application requirements of diesel-generated power systems combined with solar-powered storage in various regions overseas.

Requirements:

1. At least three years of experience in a photovoltaic system-related field, with a bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
3. Ability to travel periodically.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for customer training, guiding and assisting new channel partners in completing the entire project process, including project development, design, exploration, construction, and acceptance, ensuring that the power plant meets our company’s engineering and technical standards and grid connection requirements.
2. Supervise and conduct spot checks on the construction team’s construction quality and progress.
3. Review customer application materials.
4. Other tasks assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

1. Under 40 years old, bachelor’s degree or above in a related field such as electrical power or civil engineering.
2. Minimum two years of experience in the photovoltaic industry.
3. Familiarity with the entire process of household system registration, on-site work, delivery, and inspection.
4. Familiarity with photovoltaic power plant design specifications and standards.
5. Ability to handle general on-site issues.

Job Responsibilities:
1. 5 years of experience in the photovoltaic industry or 3 or more years of experience in module R&D/processing.
2. Familiarity with all products and technologies in the photovoltaic industry. Lead/participate in the entire R&D process from design to trial production and implementation of new products and new technologies. Demonstrate professional technical evaluation capabilities to transition R&D projects to mass production and rollout. Must have the ability to introduce at least two technologies.
3. Independent thinking, strong innovation, keen observation, and strong communication skills.
4. Understand industry information, familiarity with industry development directions and trends, adapt to current photovoltaic product upgrades, and the ability to promptly review and evaluate new samples.
5. Experience in developing new materials and new products. Introducing and developing new processes, product safety certification, preparing for Phase 2 laboratories, and improving production line efficiency.
6. Experience in module project implementation preferred.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science or engineering field, Master’s preferred.
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Minitab, and other software tools.
3. At least two years of module R&D experience, with familiarity with photovoltaic module product structure, process flow, and module materials.
4. Excellent communication and technical writing skills, with the ability to create and present PowerPoint presentations.
5. Excellent communication, collaboration, and learning abilities.
