Recently, Honor Solar Technology(Changshu) Co.,LTD. (hereinafter referred to as ‘HonorSolar’) and the School of Automation of Nanjing University of Science and Technology(hereinafter referred to as ‘NJUST’)  formally signed an agreement on industry-university-research cooperation. Under the background of industry-university-research cooperation, NJUST has sent the first batch of excellent students to HonorSolar. Under the guidance of HonorSolar’s technical team, two students started their internship life. They went deep into the production line of the enterprise and actively participated in the design and development of automation projects, including a series of technical work such as automatic gluing, automatic labeling, automatic installation and so on. They showed their learning attitude and good teamwork spirit, which not only improved their comprehensive ability, but also injected a new vitality into HonorSolar’s production department.

 

 

“This internship allows me to experience the applicability of machine vision and the empowering acceleration of computer vision direction for production capacity in the front line of automated production. Not only can I combine both professional knowledge and practical application to verify each other, but also practice problem solving ability, teamwork and communication skills. It not only provides down-to-earth experience for the future research path, but also witnesses the flourishing and rapid development of an emerging enterprise.” One student talked about the many exercises he got in this internship.

 

While another student said, “This internship experience allows me to move from theory to practice and grow rapidly in the face of challenges. I have not only applied my professional knowledge in practice, but also practiced my problem solving, teamwork and communication skills. This internship experience is very valuable to me.”
